No cookies. No analytics.
Reading this site sets no cookies, loads no tracking pixel, and makes no request to any host other than the one serving these pages. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a font provider. There is no product analytics, no session recording and no advertising technology, which means there is also no consent banner to dismiss.
The site is served by a commercial hosting provider, which keeps standard request logs (an IP address, a browser user agent, the page requested) for a short period, as every host does. We do not query them to build a picture of anybody.
This is a description of the code, not an aspiration. If it stops being accurate, this page changes in the same commit.
A work email, and a practice name if you give one.
The form on the home page is the only place this site accepts information. It asks for a work email address, an optional practice name, and one optional line about what you would want to see. It also records, invisibly, how long the form was open before it was submitted, which is how automated submissions are told apart from people. Your IP address is held in memory for about a minute so the same address cannot submit repeatedly; it is not written down.
It is used for one thing: to reply to you with two or three times for a twenty-minute call. It is not a mailing list, there is no campaign attached to it, and it is never sold, rented or shared.
Everyone who sees an entry.
“Trusted third parties” is not a sentence that tells anyone anything. These are the services that see a submission.
No advertising network, no data broker and no analytics vendor receives anything, because none of them is connected to this site in the first place.
One email, and it is gone.
Write to hello@jeni.health from the address you signed up with and we will delete the entry and confirm that we have. No form, no retention period to wait out, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
None of it comes through here.
No patient information is collected by this website, and nothing on these pages is a route into the product. No real patient information has reached us at all: Jeni is pre-pilot, and the demo clinic linked from this site is fictional. Before a first real patient there is a business associate agreement to execute and terms to agree with the practice, and none of that begins after a pilot is already running.
How data is handled once it does arrive (encryption, access logging, the telemetry boundary, and what a practice gets on the way out) is set out on the security page.
Dated, and not quietly rewritten.
If what this page describes changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone on the waiting list whose information would be handled differently hears about it by email before it happens rather than after.

A company that is careless with an email address is not one to trust with a patient panel. Leave a work email and see whether the rest holds up.
